Export your data

If you have an active Coaching OS AI account, you can download every record in your workspace - leads, clients, appointments, conversations, and more - at any time from Settings → Export your data inside the app.

Request permanent deletion

To request that your account or workspace data be permanently deleted, contact us at contact@vgoshinfo.com from the email address on your account, or, if you already have an account, sign in and reach us through Support. We verify every deletion request before processing it, and honor a short recovery window before data is permanently removed, so an accidental or unauthorized request can't cost you your workspace.

We'll confirm by email once your request has been processed. This typically completes within 30 days.

Data from Instagram or Facebook

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to Coaching OS AI, you can revoke that connection at any time from Meta's own settings (Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites), which stops any further data from being shared with us. To also delete the data already imported through that connection (such as message history or lead records created from it), send a deletion request as described above and mention the connected account - we'll remove that data specifically, separate from the rest of your workspace if you'd like to keep using Coaching OS AI otherwise.
